DLE templates that work out of the box
A DLEMod template is more than a design. We build it for the whole of DataLife Engine 21.0: home, categories, full story, comments, profile, private messages, search, registration and service pages — every engine file and tag is in place.
If the design needs something DLE cannot do on its own, the kit includes a plugin: the template and plugins are installed together and tested together. The layout is responsive, with no third-party frameworks or external CDNs, and the code is open.

Which DLE versions do the templates support?
The templates are built for DataLife Engine 21.0. The exact DLE and PHP versions are shown on each template page.
What is included in the kit?
The template folder, the plugins its features need and installation instructions. The kit contents are listed on the template page.
How do I install a template?
Unpack the template folder into the templates directory of your site, install the bundled plugins via “Plugins” in the DLE admin panel and select the template in the settings. Step-by-step instructions are in the archive.
Can I see the template before buying?
Yes. Every template has a live demo — a DLE site with this template and content. It opens after you sign in to your DLEMod account (registration is free), on a phone or a computer.
Can I customise the template?
Yes. The code is open: plain .tpl, CSS and JS files without encryption, with colors kept in variables.
Does the template need a license key?
No. The template is a one-time purchase: the archive stays in your account, and new versions arrive there during your update period. Only a module has a key — if you take the version with a module.
How long do template updates last?
It depends on the version: “Standard” — 6 months, “Extended” — 12 months, “Premium” — forever. The period starts on the day of purchase. When it ends, the template keeps working as before — you just stop getting new versions, and the versions already released stay in your account for download. You can renew updates or move to a higher version, with what you've already paid credited, in your account — the price is shown there. Templates bought before 8 October 2026 get updates forever.
