Lumen is a responsive DLE 21 template for sites with films, series, cartoons and anime. It looks like a modern streaming service: a large premiere slider with title logos, “Trending”, “Top 10” and “Popular” rows, collections and a film blog.

Highlights

  • Dark theme, large posters and stills, careful typography; phone, tablet and desktop.
  • Film page: logo or title, IMDb and Kinopoisk ratings, facts, cast with photos, stills, reviews, similar titles.
  • A separate watch page with the player, seasons and episodes — the film page stays light and fast.
  • Catalogue filter without reloads: genres, year, country, rating, sorting.

Styled pages

Every DLE page: home, categories and catalogue, full story, search, tags, favourites, profile, private messages, registration, add news, statistics, feedback, static pages, threaded comments, polls, print version and the “site offline” page. Plus a blog section with its own cards and article page.

Bundled plugins

The template ships with the “Lumen: extras” plugin, which adds what DLE itself lacks: the watch page, catalogue filter, a 10-point rating, a real “Top 10 of the month” and the “Watched” list. The code is open.

Together with DLE Movie Importer PRO

In the larger kit the site fills itself: films and series with a player, seasons and episodes, actor and director pages, collections, franchises and new-episode subscriptions — all styled to match. Without the module the template works the same, these sections are simply absent: the player comes from an extra field and the cast is shown as a list.

Font Awesome icons and fonts are bundled, no external requests.

    The “Watch online” button opens a separate page with the player, seasons and episodes, discussion and similar titles. The film page stays light and keeps its canonical address.

    Pick films without reloading the page: several genres at once, year or decade, country, IMDb rating from 6, 7 or 8, sorting and “Show more”. Active conditions appear as chips and reset in one click.

    Viewers rate a film on a ten-point scale, from “Not for me” to “Masterpiece”. The film page shows the site’s average score and vote count next to the IMDb and Kinopoisk ratings.

  • Топ-10 за месяц

    The “Top 10” row on the home page is built from real viewer ratings of the last 30 days, weighted by vote count, not from the all-time rating. The period is one parameter in the template.

    The “Already watched” button on the film page saves the mark to the account. Every viewer gets a personal “Watched” list with a counter in the user menu; guests are invited to sign in.

    Our auto-import module: films and series with a player, seasons and episodes, actor pages, collections, franchises and new-episode subscriptions. All its pages are styled to match; the module licence is included in the kit.
