Highlights
- Visitors tell you what to add to the site. A request, a "+1" vote, and you instantly see what people want most: popular this week, month and year.
- Fewer duplicates from the very first second. While a visitor types a title, similar requests and news already on the site appear under the field — they support an existing request instead of creating a new one.
- People come back to the site. The author and everyone who voted get a private message and an email: "Accepted", "In progress", "Done — here is the link to the news".
- The full request lifecycle, like in Canny and Product Hunt. Moderation, "Accepted", "In progress", "Done" with a news card, "Rejected" with a reply, "Duplicate" with votes carried over. Every request has its own history.
- Looks like part of your template. Works on any skin, including Air in DLE 21.0: it follows its dark theme by itself, while the accent color, list style and corner rounding are set in the admin panel. No .htaccess or template edits needed.
- Does not load the site. On pages without the order desk the module makes no database queries at all, and template blocks are cached.
For visitors
- Cards with a big "+1" button, a status and a vote counter — votes are cast without a page reload.
- Status tabs with counters, "Popular", "New", "Updated", "Recently done" sorting, top of the week / month / year, categories and search.
- Request page: text, the administration's reply, a news card once the request is done, status history, a "Follow request" button.
- Request form with categories and fields: year, Kinopoisk or IMDb ID (turns into a link), link, poster. Required fields are set separately for each category.
- "My requests", an RSS feed of new and completed requests.
For administrators
- Overview: numbers by status, a moderation queue with "Approve" and "Reject" buttons, the most popular open requests, average time to completion.
- Requests: filters by status, category and linked news, search by title, text and number; bulk actions — change status, merge duplicates, delete.
- Editing a request: all fields, status and reply, linking a news item by searching its title, merging into the main request, "Notify subscribers" or a silent edit.
- Vote threshold: once a request collects the set number of "+1" votes, it becomes "Accepted" by itself and notifies subscribers.
- DLE group permissions: who can view, create, vote, publish without moderation, how many requests per day; moderator groups get access to requests in the admin panel.
- Spam protection: text length, stop words, a blacklist of titles ("screener", CAMRip…), a limit on guest votes from one IP.

Upgrading from 1.x
Requests, votes and settings are migrated automatically the first time the section is opened: "on moderation" and "approved" become the new statuses, likes become "+1" votes. Old /tasks/view/N/ links lead to the new addresses.
