DLE SMM PRO

DLE SMM PRO is an auto-posting module for DataLife Engine. Your site's news goes out to Telegram, VK, Odnoklassniki, MAX, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Mastodon and Bluesky on its own. Rules decide which news go to which channels, with which template and when: with conditions on categories and extra fields, their own schedule, a post template built on DLE tags and, if you want, text written by an AI model.

It is made for site owners who run their channels and groups by hand or simply have no time for them. Whether a news item was added in the admin panel, submitted by a visitor or written by a parser, the module puts it in the queue, waits for the allowed time, sends it and keeps the link to the published post. It is a regular DLE plugin with no Composer and no third-party libraries, open source, with an admin panel in DLE style in Russian, English, Ukrainian and Spanish.

Nine social networks

A channel in the module is your page on a network: a channel, group, community or account. You can add as many channels as you like, including several on the same network. Each channel form has a “How to connect” block with step-by-step instructions for that network and a “Test connection” button that checks access without publishing anything.

• Telegram: a channel, group or chat through a bot; text or a photo with a caption (a long text follows as a separate message); a link button under the post with your own label, such as “Read”, or the news title; forum topics in groups, “Silent” sending, link preview; bold, italic and links in the text
• VK: the community wall with text, photo and a link card; if the image cannot be uploaded, the post can go out as plain text (“Send without the image”)
• Odnoklassniki: the group feed with text, photo and a link card; OK grants the publishing permissions to your app after a request to its support, and the instructions explain how
• MAX: a channel or chat through a bot, with text, photo and silent sending; after “Test connection” the module lists the chats the bot can see. Bots are issued only to Russian companies, sole traders and self-employed people
• Facebook: posts on behalf of a Page with text, photo and a link card; the Page token never expires
• Instagram: photo posts to a professional account; JPEG only, and a post without an image will not go out; links in Instagram captions are not clickable, so “Link in the caption” adds the link as text
• Discord: a server text channel through a webhook, with text, image and a custom sender name
• Mastodon: any server, text and image, with the visibility of your choice: public, unlisted or followers only
• Bluesky: signs in with an app password, never your main password; text, image or a link card with title and picture

The module publishes text and images. It does not support video, Reels, stories, TikTok or YouTube. Each network's length limit is respected: extra text is trimmed instead of breaking the send.

Rules, schedule and queue

• “Rules” decide which news go to which channels and with which template. “To all channels” also covers channels you connect later
• Rule conditions: “Only from categories”, “Except categories”, up to five conditions on extra fields — greater, less, equals, contains, is filled, is empty. Numbers are compared as numbers, even in text like “IMDb: 8.7 / 10”. Plus “With an image only”, “Only those on the main page” and “Pinned only”
• The “Which news match” button checks the conditions against your site's news without saving or sending anything
• Rule schedule: “Days of the week”, “Posting hours” (the window may run past midnight), “Delay after publishing”, “Minimum interval” and “Random spread”, so the feed does not look like a bot
• “Archive” mode: old news go out a few a day, spread evenly over the scheduled hours — newest first, oldest first or random, optionally limited to a list of IDs. “Repeat”: when the unsent news run out, the module starts over and repeats a news item in a channel no more often than once in the given number of days
• Sending selected news: tick the news in the DLE news list and choose the “Send to social networks” action — they are queued with the gap you set. The same works with a list of IDs on the “Send news by ID” page
• “At most posts a day” for every channel protects you from being blocked by the network
• A news item with a future date is posted only after it appears on the site
• News enters the queue automatically when it is added or edited in the admin panel and when it is added from the site
• News that parsers and importers write straight into the database, bypassing DLE forms, is picked up by the collector (“Pick up missed news”, with a look-back depth in hours)
• One news item goes to one channel only once, by the first matching rule: editing the news again or re-running the queue never creates duplicates
• On a network error the post is retried after 1, 5 and 15 minutes, then an hour and three hours; the number of attempts is configurable
• An authorization error, such as a revoked token or a bot removed from the channel, pauses the channel so the module stops hitting it in vain
• The queue is split into tabs: waiting, sent, errors, skipped; each entry shows the time, the number of attempts, the network's response and a link to the published post
• Queue actions: “Send now”, “Retry”, “Remove from the queue”, “Retry all errors”
• A “Log” of every send and error; entries older than 30 days are removed automatically
• Optionally, deleting a news item also deletes its posts in Telegram, VK, Odnoklassniki, Facebook and Bluesky

Post templates

• The syntax is the same as in the shortstory.tpl of your DLE template, so there is nothing new to learn
• Title and text: {title}, {title limit="N"}, {short-story limit="N"}, {full-story}, which also takes limit
• Link and news data: {full-link}, {category}, {date=d.m.Y}, {author}, {tags}, {news-id}, {site}
• Extra fields: [xfvalue_X], [xfgiven_X]…[/xfgiven_X], [xfnotgiven_X]…[/xfnotgiven_X], [xfvalue_image_url_X]; the module reads your site's fields from DLE and shows them as a ready list
• Category conditions: [catlist=1,2]…[/catlist] and [not-catlist=…]…[/not-catlist], for example one caption for movies and another for news
• New tags: {hashtags} turns the news tags into hashtags, {utm-link} is the link with UTM tags, {ai} is the AI-written text
• Tags are inserted with a click, into the post text or into the AI prompt
• Post image: “Automatically from the news”, “From an extra field” (picked from a list, image fields first) or “No image”
• “Preview” on a real news item from your site, by ID or the latest published one, with a character counter
• A ready “Standard” template is created with one button; templates can be copied, and every rule can have its own

AI

• Services: DeepSeek, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, xAI Grok, OpenRouter and any service with an OpenAI-compatible API
• Ready-made addresses for Groq, Mistral, Together, Fireworks, Moonshot Kimi, Z.ai GLM, Qwen, YandexGPT and for local Ollama and LM Studio; your own server can be entered by hand
• OpenAI GPT-5.x and GPT-6 work through the Responses API
• “Refresh the models” loads the current model list straight from the service, so no model names are hard-coded
• Newer models that reject the temperature parameter work fine: the module repeats the request without it and remembers that for the model
• The “AI prompt” lives in the template and understands the same DLE tags: {title}, {short-story limit="600"}, [xfvalue_year], for example “three sentences, no spoilers” or “a short teaser in English”
• Each template can use its own model
• “Test the connection” sends a short request to the selected model
• If the AI does not answer, you choose: “Publish without AI” or “Postpone the post”
• Keys are stored on your site and shown masked in the admin panel

Your own posts

• The “Posts” section is for posts not tied to any news item: an announcement, a round-up, an invitation to your channel
• A small editor: bold, italic, link (Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I, Ctrl+K) and an emoji picker by category
• An image by its full address or from the uploads folder
• “To all channels” or “Choose channels”
• “Send now” or “Schedule” for a date and time; drafts can be saved
• A preview for each network; the strictest length limit among the selected channels is shown right under the text
• “Drafts”, “Scheduled” and “Sent” tabs; any post can be duplicated
• Telegram understands bold, italic and links; the other networks receive plain text

Settings and reliability

• An HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy with login and password for requests to social networks and AI services. On a Russian host you need it for Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Discord and the western AI services; VK, Odnoklassniki and MAX work without it
• “Telegram API address”: your own Bot API server or a mirror instead of a proxy when Telegram is unreachable from the host
• UTM tags on links: the source is set per network, utm_medium and utm_campaign are up to you
• Cron once a minute through the “Cron command” or the “Cron address” with a secret key; both are copied with a button and the key stays masked on screen
• A fallback, “Send on site visits”, for hosts without cron; the channel list shows whether cron is running and when it last ran
• Site speed was measured: the site responds the same with and without the module
• “Posts per run” and “Sending attempts” are configurable; each entry is locked while it is being sent, so a parallel run never sends it twice
• Keys and tokens are masked in the forms, and admin actions are protected against request forgery
• The screens follow the familiar DLE sections: lists, forms and tabs like in the engine settings
• The module installs through the DLE plugin system, so engine files are not overwritten
