   • A single publishing form on the site instead of the short and full story fields
   • The whole add page has one style: fields, poll and settings are gathered in a tidy panel with search
   • The DLE quick edit button opens the same form and returns to the story afterwards
   • Photos in a row form one gallery: add and remove images, the star picks the cover
   • Blocks: photos (one or several), video by link, subheading, quote, spoiler, list, divider
   • The short story and cover are built automatically from the start of the post; an older story with its own short text is not overwritten without your choice
   • AI assistant in the form: improve selected text, write on a topic, suggest a title and tags. Uses the key and model from the DLE settings (DLE 18.0 and newer)
   • Scheduled publishing: choose the date and time right in the post settings
   • Drafts on the server: start on a phone and continue on a computer
   • Link card: paste an address and get a title, description and image
   • Word count and reading time in the form
   • YouTube, VK and Rutube videos are embedded with a player on all DLE versions
   • “Group permissions”: which blocks and buttons each group can use, photo and video limits
   • The draft is saved automatically and restored after a page reload
   • The form can also be used in the DLE admin panel — enabled in the settings
   • “Appearance”: theme, color, style, density and radius with a preview; by default the form follows the template colors
   • Old posts with tables, players, code and [hide] open without losses: such fragments are kept as is, with a link to the standard DLE form
   • Paste from Word, Google Docs and websites keeps subheadings, bold, italic, links and lists; markdown shortcuts ##, >, -, 1., **bold**, _italic_
   • Keyboard like Teletype: Backspace and Delete join paragraphs, arrows move between blocks, select and delete several blocks, undo from the first press
   • Typography: guillemets, dashes, ellipsis and non-breaking spaces (switch in settings); edit and remove links, open in a new tab
   • Gallery: caption and alt for every photo, drag to reorder, delete as a whole; photos without location data, transparent PNG, queued upload with Retry
   • Phone: labels under buttons, a «Please fill in» line, a bold/italic/link strip above the keyboard, «+» on an empty line
   • A post is never lost: the draft is kept until the site accepts it; [ped-post] and [not-ped-post] tags for the full story in a template

   • Embeds for Telegram, X, Instagram, TikTok posts and Yandex Maps; video as an uploaded file; an HTML code block for trusted groups
   • Photos: crop and rotate right in the form, text wrap on the left or right, half width; galleries with two or three photos per row
   • Feed and search: your own feed text, a preview boundary in the text, a feed cover cropped to 16:9 (also used as og:image), a «Search and social» section with a result preview
   • Version history: the last 20 versions of every post, with preview and restore; edits to a published post can be put aside as a draft
   • Editing together: a «Someone is editing» warning and a second-tab warning, protection against saving over someone else's edits; each tab keeps its own browser autosave
   • Keyboard shortcut help (Ctrl+/) and focus mode (Ctrl+Shift+F): just the text, without the site header and sidebars

   • Template quick forms (Velora, Pulsr): their posts open without questions about the short story; a template can hand text over to the full editor and hide its duplicate buttons
   • An old post opened and saved without edits stays byte for byte in the database; typography touches only edited paragraphs; video and poster in the short story are kept
   • Long articles: typing is dozens of times faster (one block menu for the whole editor, no needless page redraws), form files are minified
   • «+» menu: six frequent blocks with labels and «All blocks» in groups; «/» search puts exact matches first and understands the other keyboard layout

   • Embeds survive «Save» in the DLE admin panel and adjust their height; blocks on the site use the template colours and fit dark themes
   • Security and data: meta and SEO in the admin panel are written only after DLE accepted the save; the server checks the post version; history, meta and drafts are deleted with the post
   • Feed short story without hidden text, buttons and footnotes; the cover is chosen in one place; WebP and PNG photos without location; phone: panels and windows stay within the screen
